Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Bureau of Statistics Tehsil Monitor Jobs 2025 – Apply Online

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the Tehsil Monitor position:

  • Minimum 16 years of education (MA, MSc, BS, or BS Honors) in any discipline

  • Preference will be given to degrees in Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Social Work, or Gender Studies

  • Proficiency in the use of IT equipment including computers and tablets

  • Candidates with experience in tablet-based surveys will be preferred

  • Minimum age limit is 21 years

  • Candidates must have Punjab domicile

Key Terms and Conditions

  • Selection will be merit-based and purely on a temporary, daily-wage basis

  • No right of regularization or permanent employment

  • About 5% extra candidates will be invited for training, and final selection will be performance-based

  • NOC is required for government employees

  • Original documents must be presented at the time of interview

  • Selected candidates will be placed in any tehsil of their district

  • An agreement must be signed on an e-stamp paper worth Rs. 300 on the first day of training

  • No TA/DA will be provided for interviews or training

  • Candidates terminated previously from PSER surveys are not eligible
