✅ Eligibility Criteria
1. Security Superintendent

Education: Intermediate or higher (degrees/certificates must be verified by HEC or respective board).

Experience: Preferably served as NCO/JCO/Inspector/Sub-Inspector in Police, Elite Force, FIA, or Armed Forces.

Responsibilities:
-
Implement NADRA’s SOPs and directives.
-
Manage emergency drills and evacuation plans.
-
Maintain coordination with local law enforcement.
-
Oversee training, discipline, leave, and welfare of security teams.
-
Report incidents and ensure security readiness.
-
2. Elite Security Guard
-
Education: Middle or Matric.
-
Experience: Ex-personnel of Elite Force, SSG, Light Commandos, or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
-
Provide VIP protection and escort services.
-
Remain alert and responsive during emergencies.
-
Handle all security situations professionally.
-
Share real-time intelligence with relevant authorities.
-
3. Security Guard
-
Education: Middle or Matric.
-
Experience: Preferably retired from Police or Armed Forces.
-
Responsibilities:
-
Monitor premises vigilantly.
-
Adhere to duty instructions and timings.
-
Report irregularities promptly.
-
Maintain professional decorum.

Recruitment is on a contract basis, starting with a 6-month probation (extendable).

Applicants must apply for one position only.

Medical fitness in Category A is required for Guard roles.

False information will lead to disqualification.

NADRA reserves the right to reject applications without notice.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews (for Security Superintendent).

Bring original and attested documents at the time of test/interview.

Government employees must bring an NOC.
-
Selected candidates must submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

Age limit includes 5-year age relaxation.
-
Use of mobile phones or electronic devices during the interview is not allowed.

No TA/DA will be provided.
