💼 Job Purpose:

As a Cash Officer at HBL, your primary role will be to handle and execute both financial and non-financial transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to the bank’s internal policies and procedures.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

⭐ Customer Services:

Execute all customer-related cash receipts and payments error-free.
Process non-financial transactions as per SOPs and delegated authority.
Deliver high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction.

🔐 Control & Compliance:

Follow bank SOPs and meet KPIs to ensure compliance.
Review operational reports to minimize risk and assist in audits.
Recover charges as per the Schedule of Bank Charges (SOBC).

🛡️ Branch Security:

Safeguard vault, ATM, and stationery during transactions.
Report suspicious transactions for timely compliance escalation.

📝 Reporting:

Maintain accurate MIS and cash transaction reports for internal and regulatory use (e.g., SBP reporting).

🧮 Operational Execution:

Maintain cash levels within SBP’s Clean Note Policy.
Balance cash with General Ledger (GL) in all currencies to avoid discrepancies.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Qualifications:

Minimum: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

✅ Experience:
