Experience	At least 4 years of banking experience (Credit Analyst / Relationship Manager), with 2 years in credit portfolio management
Skills	Strong Agri-credit knowledge, financial statement analysis, risk assessment, MS Office proficiency

2. Loaning Officer / Chief Credit Agronomist

Requirement	Details
Qualification	Graduation (Master’s preferred). Minimum 2 years of banking experience, with 1 year in managing government agriculture schemes (e.g., PMYB)
Skills	Strong interpersonal skills, MS Office, report writing, and communication
Responsibilities	Tracking loans, resolving queries, coordinating with officers, and achieving assigned targets
